This building meant to be a response to artist Anthony Caro's 'Tower of Babel'. It seeks to point out the material pursuit of building a tower to reach the gods. The roof and walls display the projects impermanence through the exposed structural members and make the project appear to be in a state of continual construction. Also the views given to the visitor are limited to never surpassing the height of the art piece itself.
