This building was the focus of my graduate thesis. It was designed utilizing the Us Green Building Council's Living Building Challenge.
Among the many imperatives in the system, the building is required to reach net zero energy and water. Designed as an alternative to an existing building for purposes of a cost comparison, a cost estimate was done for the resulting construction.
